So far I have come in 3rd on a $3.30 knock out 90-man SNG that I pocketed $31 for placing and $5.50 for 11 knock outs. I also won a $6.60 knock out 90-man SNG and pocketed $144 for placing and $4 for 4 knock outs. I also have a few other places here and there and currently support a positive ROI.

I really am loving these knock out tournaments, they are a TON of fun.

I ended up at the final table and got knocked out in 3rd on some bull shit. I had AA24 and raised pre flop to $21k, he called. Flop was j35 and I went all in for 100k and he called with nothing and caught runner runner for a straight to the J, what the fuck! Oh well, still turned my $2.20 into $91! This is my first final table in a years online. I expect to be back.

I just finished up another sit and go tournament at PokerStars. This one was a little different then the last, where it was a regular tournament, this one was a double or nothing with 5 winners and 5 losers. I have a pretty good win percentage on these games. I think the smartest way to play them is look at as many hands as you can early when it’s only 20 or 30 chips to call and then play only premiums once the blinds hit 100. I only had 400 more chips then the 6th place guy, he went all in, I called and one other called and we checked it down and boom, game over as I hit the straight on the river.

I had lost a couple $5.50’s hold-em games in a row and was on tilt and decided the best thing would be for me to play in a $16 tournament to mix things up a little. Looking back it wasn’t a smart idea and I let my emotions get the best of me. Lucky for me I won.
