5 Things I hate about TitanBet.com

1. Worthless sign up bonus – Upon sign up you are lead to believe that you will be getting a 250 Euro bonus credited to your account. This is not the case. Instead you are credited with a 250 Euro bonus that is pending (poker bonus style) and you need to turn over 3750 Euro in the sportsbook before the 250 Euro bonus is released. It doesn’t end there though. You will have to turn over these 3750 Euro on events that have an odds of 2.00 or higher. This means that it will take you ages  to actually get that 250 Euro bonus, if you ever manage to reach it.
2. Ridonkolous limits for bets – After making my first deposit of 250 Euro and realizing that I wouldn’t be getting my bonus anytime soon I went on a mini tilt and decided to place the 250 Euro bet on Aston Villa to win against Wigan in the Premier League. Well that didn’t work out because the maximum amount I could bet on this match was 150 Euro. I mean seriously!!! are you really going to try to open a new site in the most competitive industry and not accept wagers higher than 150 Euro on Premier League games? Good luck getting any high rollers to your site!
3. Lack of info on the site – I already complained about this bonus issue but I will keep going. When I realized that I wasn’t getting the instant bonus I had hoped for when signing up I started looking for info about the bonus to figure out what I needed to do in order to clear it and release it to my account. This information is not available anywhere on the site. It only says that you need to turn over 3750 Euro before releasing the bonus but there is no mention of the fact that it needs to be on games with an odds of 2.00 or higher.
4. Terrible navigation – Navigating the different sections of TitanBet.com is a real pain. I personally love the setup of the Expekt sportsbook where you have all the upcoming events listed in a neat and clean order. At TitanBet you will have to search by league and country which makes it easy to miss upcoming games.
5. Non competitive odds – The first thing I notice when using a new sportsbook is the odds that they are offering. At TitanBet.com I got a bit turned off my the prices they offered on the bigger games. Most other traditional sportsbooks were offering better odds for the games which means more money in our pockets when we win. I also noticed that TitanBet seem to drop their odds as soon as someone places a 50 Euro bet to balance the books, something that would never happen at sportsbooks like Bet365 and Ladbrokes.

Kindly note that these are my personal opinions about the  TitanBet sportsbook and I suggest you form your own opinion about it before making a judgment.

I do understand that TitanBet is still in the early stages but releasing a product this poor in a market this competitive is just plain stupid. Obviously they are trying to offer a wider range of products for their poker players over at Titan Poker but if they cant even place a 100 Euro bet then what’s the point?

BTW… I just want to make it clear to everyone that I am not writing this because I am on some tilted rant after losing 250 Euro at TitanBet. I have actually manage to run my 250 Euro deposit up to 1000 Euro making the tiny bets I am allowed to make there. I will however make a withdrawal there now and move on to a sportsbook that allows for some serious betting.

I have however managed to scrape together the 250 Euro needed to make a deposit at TitanBet and claim the maximum bonus over there. Of course I should probably do stuff like pay the rent and electricity when I have this money but to hell with it, let’s gamble a bit.

I’m going to make a deposit over at TitanBet a bit later today and I will add screenshots of my deposit along with all the bets placed so that you can all see that I am really placing the bets I am talking about. I am doing this since I understand that some of you won’t take me seriously if I can’t prove that I am actually placing the bets.

Today I’m betting my whole 64 Euro bankroll on Burnley to beat Stoke in the Premier League at the odds of 2.50 which means I can grow my bankroll to 160 Euro or I can go broke, let’s see what happens. Should Burnley win today I am more than halfway towards my goal which would be great.

I made a first deposit of 20 Euro today and got another 20 Euro as a first deposit bonus from the good people at Bet770 which means I now have a starting balance of 40 Euro. If you have been following my poker blog then you probably know I am a degenerate gambler so I’m not gonna sit around betting according to some bankroll management strategy. I will go by feel and it will probably go to hell, lol. I am looking to run this 20 Euro deposit up to 250 Euro so that I can claim the full bonus amount at another sportsbook, namely TitanBet. TitanBet is a brand new sportsbook and they are offering a great 100% bonus up to 250 Euro which is pretty amazing these days. At the moment though I could only afford this tiny 20 Euro deposit so I need to run that up before I head over to TitanBet.

My bet of the day is Arsenal to beat Porto to the odds of 1.60 which means I can win 64 Euro on my 40 Euro stake. If this bet is a winner I will probably just keep going all in and try to reach my goal of 250 Euro as soon as possible.

I was looking for a sportsbook that could offer me a good bonus on my first deposit and that’s when I found Bet770. They are currently offering a 20 Euro first deposit bonus to new customers which fits my bankroll at the moment. A bit later on I might try the Bodog sportsbook bonus as well but that requires a bit of a bigger first deposit as their bonus is only 10%.

Since I don’t want this blog to just die out because I’m having a break from poker I will add some of my sports bets that I place in this blog instead of my usual poker blog posts.
