The TitanBet Sportsbook Kinda Sucks

I know I promised you that I would keep you updated on the progress of my betting at TitanBet. But after signing up with the TitanBet sportsbook I have to honestly say that it kinda sucks big time. I understand that this is a brand new sportsbook and they are still in the BETA testing stages but come on. Here’s what’s wrong with TitanBet….

5 Things I hate about TitanBet.com

Worthless sign up bonus – Upon sign up you are lead to believe that you will be getting a 250 Euro bonus credited to your account. This is not the case. Instead you are credited with a 250 Euro bonus that is pending (poker bonus style) and you need to turn over 3750 Euro in the sportsbook before the 250 Euro bonus is released. It doesn’t end there though. You will have to turn over these 3750 Euro on events that have an odds of 2.00 or higher. This means that it will take you ages to actually get that 250 Euro bonus, if you ever manage to reach it.
Ridonkolous limits for bets – After making my first deposit of 250 Euro and realizing that I wouldn’t be getting my bonus anytime soon I went on a mini tilt and decided to place the 250 Euro bet on Aston Villa to win against Wigan in the Premier League. Well that didn’t work out because the maximum amount I could bet on this match was 150 Euro. I mean seriously!!! are you really going to try to open a new site in the most competitive industry and not accept wagers higher than 150 Euro on Premier League games? Good luck getting any high rollers to your site!
Lack of info on the site – I already complained about this bonus issue but I will keep going. When I realized that I wasn’t getting the instant bonus I had hoped for when signing up I started looking for info about the bonus to figure out what I needed to do in order to clear it and release it to my account. This information is not available anywhere on the site. It only says that you need to turn over 3750 Euro before releasing the bonus but there is no mention of the fact that it needs to be on games with an odds of 2.00 or higher.
Terrible navigation – Navigating the different sections of TitanBet.com is a real pain. I personally love the setup of the Expekt sportsbook where you have all the upcoming events listed in a neat and clean order. At TitanBet you will have to search by league and country which makes it easy to miss upcoming games.
Non competitive odds – The first thing I notice when using a new sportsbook is the odds that they are offering. At TitanBet.com I got a bit turned off my the prices they offered on the bigger games. Most other traditional sportsbooks were offering better odds for the games which means more money in our pockets when we win. I also noticed that TitanBet seem to drop their odds as soon as someone places a 50 Euro bet to balance the books, something that would never happen at sportsbooks like Bet365 and Ladbrokes.

Kindly note that these are my personal opinions about the TitanBet sportsbook and I suggest you form your own opinion about it before making a judgment.

I do understand that TitanBet is still in the early stages but releasing a product this poor in a market this competitive is just plain stupid. Obviously they are trying to offer a wider range of products for their poker players over at Titan Poker but if they cant even place a 100 Euro bet then what’s the point?

BTW… I just want to make it clear to everyone that I am not writing this because I am on some tilted rant after losing 250 Euro at TitanBet. I have actually manage to run my 250 Euro deposit up to 1000 Euro making the tiny bets I am allowed to make there. I will however make a withdrawal there now and move on to a sportsbook that allows for some serious betting.

Broke at Bet770, Moving on to TitanBet

Well my winning streak at Bet770 lasted for exactly one bet. I went all in on my second bet since I thought Burnley could beat Stoke but I was wrong. After that I haven’t really felt like blogging since there really hasn’t been that much to write about. I have been broke, and when I’m broke I can’t gamble so then there is nothing to write about.

I have however managed to scrape together the 250 Euro needed to make a deposit at TitanBet and claim the maximum bonus over there. Of course I should probably do stuff like pay the rent and electricity when I have this money but to hell with it, let’s gamble a bit.

I’m going to make a deposit over at TitanBet a bit later today and I will add screenshots of my deposit along with all the bets placed so that you can all see that I am really placing the bets I am talking about. I am doing this since I understand that some of you won’t take me seriously if I can’t prove that I am actually placing the bets.

As I said, I will be back later today with screenshots and my betting tips for the day.

Winning Streak at Bet770 Started

It seems like it was a good idea to take a break from online poker and start betting on sports instead. Yesterday I let you all know that I intended to run my 40 Euro that I have on Bet770 all the way up to 250 Euro so that I can move on to TitanBet where they are offering a 250 Euro bonus for new customers. I placed a 40 Euro bet on Arsenal to beat Porto and I didn’t even have time to finish my first beer before the bet was won, Arsenal ended up winning with 5-0 but the game was over way before that. That means that I now have a 64 Euro bankroll at Bet770 which I am planning to grow today.

Today I’m betting my whole 64 Euro bankroll on Burnley to beat Stoke in the Premier League at the odds of 2.50 which means I can grow my bankroll to 160 Euro or I can go broke, let’s see what happens. Should Burnley win today I am more than halfway towards my goal which would be great.

As I told you all in my previous post I am taking a break from online poker. In that post I also promised you that I would keep you updated with my current betting adventures at the Bet770 sportsbook.

I made a first deposit of 20 Euro today and got another 20 Euro as a first deposit bonus from the good people at Bet770 which means I now have a starting balance of 40 Euro. If you have been following my poker blog then you probably know I am a degenerate gambler so I’m not gonna sit around betting according to some bankroll management strategy. I will go by feel and it will probably go to hell, lol. I am looking to run this 20 Euro deposit up to 250 Euro so that I can claim the full bonus amount at another sportsbook, namely TitanBet. TitanBet is a brand new sportsbook and they are offering a great 100% bonus up to 250 Euro which is pretty amazing these days. At the moment though I could only afford this tiny 20 Euro deposit so I need to run that up before I head over to TitanBet.

My bet of the day is Arsenal to beat Porto to the odds of 1.60 which means I can win 64 Euro on my 40 Euro stake. If this bet is a winner I will probably just keep going all in and try to reach my goal of 250 Euro as soon as possible.

Keep your fingers crossed for me tonight if you are going to watch the game.

Sports Betting at Bet770

Lately I have been on a break from online poker due to the fact that I seem to be on a MAJOR cooler and I can’t win the important hands. Sure, I pick up the occasional blinds here and there but the second the pots start building up then I’m on the losing side of things. I am however a gambling degenerate and wouldn’t be able to let a day go by without having some kind of gambling action. That’s why I decided to start betting on sports instead, for a while at least.

I was looking for a sportsbook that could offer me a good bonus on my first deposit and that’s when I found Bet770. They are currently offering a 20 Euro first deposit bonus to new customers which fits my bankroll at the moment. A bit later on I might try the Bodog sportsbook bonus as well but that requires a bit of a bigger first deposit as their bonus is only 10%.

Since I don’t want this blog to just die out because I’m having a break from poker I will add some of my sports bets that I place in this blog instead of my usual poker blog posts.

I will be back a bit later with my predictions and bets for today’s UEFA Champions League matches.

Poker Reviews in Czech and Latvian

Today when I was looking for poker room offering a good signup bonus I came across this site called Poker Bonus Source. They are listing a whole bunch of the most popular poker rooms on the internet and you really get some detailed information about the promotions offered at the different poker rooms. They go through things like clearing requirements, how long it takes to clear the bonus, optimal poker bonus strategy and much more.

What I found to be very impressive on this site is that they are offering a whole lot of languages in order to provide detailed poker bonus information to players from all over the world. Sure this won’t help me a whole lot since English is my main language but I can see how it would be helpful to others.

Apparently they have just added two new languages on their site so that you can learn about the PokerStars marketing code in Czech and the Full Tilt referral code in Latvian. I didn’t know that these countries even had any poker players but since the PokerStars software is availble in those languages I guess it must be taking off over there.

Full Tilt Poker Sit n Go

After 2 weeks i have deposit $200 at Full tilt thought i will only play sit n go as i suck at cash table and MTT. So i start playing $14 turbo sit n go and after 3 try i won one and win $59. I thought well not bad as still i have few $$ profit. so i try $22 buy in turbo which is 3 minute increase and i won 2 in a row once first place which is $99 and then 3rd place which is $39.

I was up and though give a try in cash game and after playing 20 minutes i lost $100 there. well i did not chase or anything playing my best card but luck was not with me.

So i back to play $14 super turbo which is 1 minute blind increase but again lost couple in a row if i go all in with AK, people call me with A9 and guess what 9 on turn. then again i went all in with AQ, other guy call me with A10 and river show 10. i got so pissed off took the day off.

and today i had left about $140, so i tried some sit n go but always came 5th or 4th, no luck what so ever. so played some 2-4 limit cash game with $80 and lost within 30 minutes.

that’s my story of this week. i am really a fish. i think i can never win.
but i don’t know why do i play poker, may be i am addicted.

Yesterday one of my friend transfer me $300. and guess what i palyed $2-$4 limit game about an hour and i lost em all. i could not believe how fast i was losing, but as far as i remember i was calling every raise and every hand and fold untill i see the turn or river, may be chasing for straight or flush and hoping for a pair, and no i was not drunk.

May be i was on tilt. i am so bad player gosh.

Last week i have deposit $500 at Full tilt. and played some $2-$4 limit game, lets say about 2 or 3 hours and then i was up to $700.

next day i played 180 man Sit n Go buy in $24+2 but had some bad luck and got 32 placed. so thought why not try some sit n go turbo and as people say fortune favor the brave, lol went all in with KQ then KJ and AJ and i won all three times and got 1s place won about $128.

Once my bankroll went over $1100 i withdraw $800. so i was playing $2-$4 limit game with rest of my $320 and i lost them all.

told ya’ i’m fish.
